Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of perishable and natural products, our return policy is as follows:

Returns

  • We accept returns only on non-perishable items (e.g. merchandise, accessories) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
